01 About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cargo Shift website and any enquiry, sample request, or order you submit through it. Cargo Shift ("we", "us", "our") is registered under GSTIN 23GGZPR8954R1ZP and holds Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) GGZPR8954R, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Government of India. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you ("buyer", "you") agree to these Terms.
02 Nature of Our Business
Cargo Shift sources botanical and food-grade powders (including but not limited to moringa, blue pea, amla, and beetroot powder) from a network of partner manufacturers across India, for wholesale export. We also offer contract manufacturing and private-label packaging on request. Product availability, specifications, and manufacturing partners may change without prior notice on this website; current details are confirmed at the time of enquiry.
03 Enquiries, Quotes & Samples
- Submitting the enquiry form does not create a binding order — it initiates a conversation, and pricing/availability are confirmed manually by our team.
- Quotes provided are valid for a limited period (communicated at the time of quoting) and are subject to change based on raw material cost, quantity, and destination.
- Samples may be chargeable, including shipping cost, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
04 Orders & Payment
Order confirmation, minimum order quantity (MOQ), payment terms (e.g. advance payment, letter of credit, or other mutually agreed method), and currency are agreed on a per-order basis via invoice or a signed proforma invoice, and form part of the contract for that specific order alongside these Terms. In case of conflict between an invoice/proforma invoice and these Terms for a specific order, the invoice/proforma invoice prevails for that order.
05 Quality, Testing & Certificates of Analysis
Each lot is tested prior to dispatch, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is made available per batch on request. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the specifications on the COA meet the import/regulatory requirements of their destination country prior to shipment; Cargo Shift is not responsible for import rejections arising from destination-country regulations that were not communicated to us in writing prior to order confirmation.
06 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms (e.g. FOB, CIF, or other Incoterms®) are agreed per order and stated on the invoice. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on customs clearance, carrier schedules, and factors outside our control. Title and risk in the goods pass as specified by the agreed Incoterm for that order.
07 Claims & Returns
Any claim relating to product quality, quantity, or condition on arrival must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by supporting evidence (e.g. photographs, an independent lab report, or inspection report). Claims raised after this window, or without supporting evidence, may not be honored. Given the nature of food-grade bulk powders, we do not accept returns of delivered goods except where a claim under this section is upheld.
08 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform obligations under an order due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, port or customs disruptions, government action, or other events of force majeure.
09 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Cargo Shift's registered place of business in India, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific order (e.g. via an arbitration clause).
10 Confidentiality & Private Label
Formulations, specifications, and branding shared for private-label or contract-manufacturing purposes are treated as confidential by both parties and used solely for fulfilling the relevant order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11 Website Use
Content on this website (including text, design, and the Cargo Shift name and logo) belongs to Cargo Shift and may not be reproduced without permission. Information on this site is provided in good faith but may be updated or corrected without notice; the enquiry form is the appropriate way to confirm current details before relying on them for an order.
